What is the minimum age requirement for a party?
All parties start from age 5.
Where are your pamper parties located?
Our pamper parties are hosted in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Luton, Hertfordshire (some areas), and fuel expenses will be added to the cost.
How long does each pamper party last?
Typically, each pamper party lasts around 2 hours, depending on the package chosen.
Do you provide party decorations?
Yes! We can provide themed decorations and a birthday cake via a reputable company organising on your behalf. This is a chargeable service.
Are your products suitable for children with sensitive skin?
We use child-friendly, hypoallergenic products when possible, but please inform us of any specific allergies when filling in your booking form. PampaCandi require any information regarding any allergies with skin conditions, and food allergies such as nut allergies.
Can adults attend?
You can absolutely join in on the fun, make sure you get your face glittered! But it is primarily for the children. Unfortunately, adults are supervisors, and there must always be at least 1 adult in the proximity of the party.
What if someone doesn't show up?
We will finalise the numbers with you, just in case, a couple of days before the party! But unfortunately, the price doesn't change if you have no shows.
Will you take photos and videos?
Yes, we can! You'll receive a document to sign allowing us to take photos on the day and use them for any marketing and advertising purposes on our socials, website and/or event material. You'll also get to keep them!
Can parents customise the services offered for their child's pamper party?
Please do ask if we can adapt or change something; it will always be dependent on staff and stock availability.
How do you take payment?
Typically, a small deposit is paid upon booking; it is not a booking until the deposit is confirmed. The rest of the payment will be cash or bank transfer on the day.
You may be asked to pay a proportion to the owner and the remainder to the staff working on the day.
We require the full amount regardless of whether children are not taking part or haven't turned up.
Is there a maximum number of children allowed per party?
Yes, for the best experience, we recommend no more than 15 children per party.

What should parents prepare before the party?
Ensure the party area is clear and safe, and enough space is reserved for our setup.
Seated pamper parties need enough chairs/sofas for attendees, and make-up workshops need tables and chairs.
How far in advance should we book a pamper party?
We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and package; however, speak to us to see how we can accommodate. It's always worth asking!
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the party date, a full refund of the deposit and any payments made, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
If cancellation is less than 7 days but more than 1 day notice: 50% of the total party cost is payable / retained as a cancellation fee.
